Please note: Due to a restock period, all orders placed between 10 Feb and 24 Feb will be shipped on 27 Feb.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Your Responsibility: Please verify your shipping address at checkout.
Once your order status shows “In Transit,” we cannot update the address.
Delivery Issues & Return to Sender Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete, incorrect, or unclaimed address:
Reshipment Option: You may pay a new shipping fee to resend your order.
Refund Option: Request a refund excluding the original shipping fee.
If you used a free shipping promotion, we will deduct the actual shipping cost we incurred before issuing your refund.
30 Day Easy Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from delivery to return any item in its original, unused condition.
